    I have suggestions to alll don't skip this you can not find results for this to practice 1 week and 1 month but it very useful I practice this for 9 months for my anxiety I have so much anxiety and what's I am only 17 years old I message to all good things takes time so please dont lose hop😊😊

      Yes, combination of 3 is suggested and doing each asana 2- 3 times is very effective

    Can a person with cervical or backache problem do these asanas? Grandma please let me know if the back pain of anesthesia injection given at the time of delivery is a life long pain. If not then please make a video to cure it.

      Here are some general guidelines for practicing yoga during heavy periods:
      It's recommended to avoid inversions and intense backbends as they may increase blood flow to the uterus and cause discomfort or pain.
      Forward bends, gentle twists, and restorative poses can be helpful to alleviate cramps and tension.
      If you experience any discomfort or pain, stop the pose and rest.
      It's always a good idea to consult with a qualified yoga teacher or healthcare professional if you have any concerns or questions about practicing yoga during your period.

      We go down exhaling and its healthy if possible to hold the breath for sometime. We come back inhaling and then normal breathing

      No, pls dont practice sarvangasana in your periods.

      Deep bending, stretching etc should be avoided during periods. Only light movements are okay when menstruation is not too heavy. Take care accordingly

      Namaste Mousumiji, Patients with high BP should avoid inverted positions such as Sarvangasana. They should practice more restorative poses and gentle stretches. Relaxation is also very important for cardiac health.

      Its a yes duration wise. Depending factors are - the current health, any disorder, any c section complication. Pls confirm with your doctor before starting yoga
